The Pantheacon Green Room is where presenters check in.


Thank you for joining us to present at PantheaCon!

First, please pick up your conference badge at Registration, located at the lobby level.  Then, go to the Green Room, located on the second floor. Please check in at least 90 min before your presentation.  Those who do will receive a special ribbon.  This can also be done a day or two ahead if you are already attending the conference.


In the past, some of our presenters have experienced lines at Green Room check in, mainly because of the high volume of participants on Friday night and Saturday morning for check in.  To help smooth this process, it is asked that the contact person and only the contact person check in at the Green Room.  The contact person will be given all of the ribbons needed for their presentations and all other members of a workshop or ritual will be able to get their ribbons from the contact person.  Any discounts or compensation will also be given to the contact person only.  Any technical changes, scheduling, or room changes will be made with the contact person only.  Additional members of a scheduled event should register at the main registration table on the ground floor.  We hope this will make things fast and smooth so that we can make the best possible convention for everyone, especially for our presenters!

Q - What if I need to have a helper(s) to assist in my presentation or set up? 
A - Any additional helpers names must be sent in to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it by Feb. 1, if they have not been listed in your presentation application. Assistants that are there to help in ONLY your presentation will get a special badge from the Green Room.  You will need to pick it up for them. This will give them access to your presentation, NOT any other presentations at P-Con.  They are welcome to purchase a day pass at registration to attend other events if they become interested.

Q - Can I do a book or CD signing after my presentation?
A - Yes! There will be 3 places for book signings, Fields Books, Ancient Ways store and a P-Con book signing table outside the vendor hall. A schedule of all three area will be available at the Info table.


Alternately, casual tables are located outside of some presentation rooms, and can be used for about 30 min just after your presentation.  If you want to sell your item during your presentation or right after, it is permitted, as long as you have moved out of the room making way for the next presentation.  You can also contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Q - Where can I make copies of my handout?
A - There is a business center at the hotel; they are already set up for exactly this type of service.
